The Alfetta GT America is a version of the Alfetta GT (116.10) adapted for the US market.

This version of the Alfetta GT was built from 1975 to 1976 with an engine producing 128HP.

This model is very similar to the basic version 116.10 with the main difference being the shock absorbing bumpers with a small stainless steel strip, front direction indicators located below the front bumper, side clearance lights front and back.
The seats used leather cloths.

The Alfetta GT America is equipped with a 2l engine using Spica mechanical injection.
