This version of the Alfetta GT was built from 1976 to 1980 in 16923 copies with an engine producing 109HP.

This Alfetta GT is similar compared to previous versions and it received a 1.6 liter engine (109HP, AR 01600).

The differences are: the taillights come without chrome framing, the front grille is modified with horizontal slats and a series of front slits below the front grille, the steering wheel is all black and covered with imitation leather, the fuel cap in visible from the outside and in black colour and is key locked, a big ALFA ROMEO logo on the back side above the number plate is attached, the steel rims show small chromed hubcaps.

In 1979 the engine was slightly modified to increase performance.
